Red Fox Catering is owner-operated and our daily presence and dedication in the kitchen is witnessed by our staff, which in turn sets the standard. We take pride in our foodservice and we want our staff to feel that too.
We all live, work & eat in the same micro-community. Camaraderie develops naturally and contributes to a successful workplace.
The climate of the kitchen is important to us, and when we sense cabin fever kicking in, we implement special staff meals, campfires & cook-outs or excursions into town for some escapism.
Teamwork, work ethic & time management is our base training. Employees routinely graduate positions with successive seasons, learn different facets of the kitchen and cultivate key production & management skills.
We organize a few team events for our own entertainment including our very popular Kitchen Cake Boss challenge.
